Consent to the processing of personal data

CONSENT OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law), the User, by entering their personal data into a special field on the website dda-re.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and subsequently clicking the “Submit” button, and checking the box to consent to the processing of personal data, as a personal data subject, freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives consent to the Limited Liability Company "Real Estate, Apartments Dubai", located at: Russia, Chelyabinsk, Chelyabinsk Region, Shershnevskaya St., 68, apt./office 8 (TIN 7449136024) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), to process their personal data with or without the use of automation tools under the terms specified in this consent.

1. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of providing Users with consultations on issues related to the services offered, as well as for providing other informational assistance.
2. The list of personal data for which the User gives consent for processing includes:
   • Last name, first name, patronymic;
   • Mobile phone number;
   • Email address;
   • Name of the organization the User works for (if applicable);
   • Job title;
   • Inquiry or case details.
3. The User is informed of their right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data and confirms that they have read the provisions of the Personal Data Law and the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Operator’s Website.
4. The following actions may be performed with the personal data during processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
5. This consent may be revoked by the User by submitting a written request to the Operator’s legal address or via email at: info@dda-realestate.com. The request must include the following details about the person submitting it: last name, first name, patronymic, a description of the subject of the request (full or partial withdrawal of consent; request to stop transferring specific personal data), the date the request is made, and the signature of the person submitting it.
6. The User understands that full or partial withdrawal of consent, or termination of the processing of personal data as specified in the consent, may result in the inability to achieve the purposes of data processing outlined in the consent.
7. This consent is valid from the date it is provided and for a period of three years from the date of filling out the relevant form on the request, or until the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data.
